(MLS)
Alamogordo Realty, Inc, is a member of our local
Otero County Association of Realtors.
We are a participant in the local MLS.
MLS is a means by which member
offices agree to cooperate
and share information about properties listed with their firm.
The
information is then input into a central computer system
and is available to all other member offices. This then gives
data about available properties on the market.
Being
a MLS member allows Alamogordo Realty, Inc. to
show all properties which are available through our MLS system.
It also allows our listing to be shown by all other member office.
